i made some pendants out of shrink plastic. i think they’re totally neat. i’m making them for the sampler. my cookie pins just never got made and i just passed on it. maybe i’ll do them in the future. my pendants won’t include something to wear them on, because i don’t really have anything to put them on, except ribbon. i’ve gotten some other ribbon necklaces in the sampler and sometimes they’re not long enough. so, these will go sans ribbon.

i really need to master the sewing machine. i can’t even thread the damn thing. it looks so much easier on tv.

in any case, i am totally going to get myself this kitty hat from spunky kitty style. i saw similar ones at comic-con and i wanted one bad, but i wasn’t crazy about the colors that i saw there. this one you get to choose what colors you want. i want a brown one, with gray inner ears. awesome.

and to think i probably wouldn’t have learned about these kitty hats if i hadn’t gotten some free goodies from wrong number distro. i heart indie crafters.

ooo, cheesecake. i love it. this one did not turn out as well as my last cheesecake, i think because the oven was too hot. oh well, it’s still tasty anyway. yum.

Yesterday I made some cards for a swap I hosted for my rubber stamp group. It was a “P” swap – you created cards with things that started with the letter “P”. I went for almost total alliteration, creating cards with pink and purple colors with presents on them. Yeahhhh.

This is from a couple weeks ago, but I didn’t post it in case she actually reads my blog. I made a scrapbook page for my friend Jen’s wedding (which is about a month away!) for her wedding shower. I made two pages actually, but I didn’t photo the other one. I forgot to. Oops. Here’s the first one I made though.
