i returned some library books on monday that were due today, but i missed one because it was downstairs. now i feel too lazy to drive the two miles to the library to return it, so instead i just renewed it online. i love the internet.

the interview went well. it was mostly a “get to know you” first interview type dealy. first, i went to a presentation from the vice president with a bunch of other applicants who were interviewing with various jobs. then i went off with the head of the production department and chatted with her for a bit. she didn’t ask too many questions of me, mostly what i’m interested in doing and told me about how the department works and such. yay for no questions like, “what are your strengths and weaknesses” and such. i even managed to ask a few questions. she said they’ll contact me in two days. la la la!

julia came over on saturday and we rented chicken little. i’m happy to know there’s someone else in the world who will watch disney movies with me. maya spent some quality time in julia’s lap. maya must have had a great week because stacey and julia came over this week! what a happy little puppy.

the only other thing i really did was gather cake making supplies for heather’s party on saturday. it’s going to be awesome. at least, i hope it will be awesome. i have an image in my head of the cake i want to make and hopefully it’ll look the way i want it to! and if not, well. who cares. cake is delicious.

… but I got a job interview. I feel like it’s another roller coaster ride I’m about to embark on, but without all the wind and screaming and fun. Well, there might be screaming.

The position is a “Web Corrections” job at Einstein Industries. It’s like, 4 miles from my house. I wants it. I’m not going to think about it.
