puppy’s name

I’m a bit amused by the poll I put up on The Plain Jane about my new puppy’s name. “Misha” and “Dakota” seem to be the forerunners now. And I know exactly who did the three votes for the name I have actually decided upon (myself and a friend). I got the dog tag made up and with some work I managed to get it on the collar. My new puppy’s name will be Maya. I think she’ll get to come home in a week or two.

God… I hope not. It would ruin the totalitarian theme we have going on in this country. Have a little respect for the minority-rules oppression. Sheesh.
