it’s beginning to look a lot like christmas
Last weekend we got a mini-christmas tree to put in our dining room. I bought mini ornaments in anticipation a few weeks ago at Michael’s when they were have a super duper after Thanksgiving sale.

I also made some christmas cookies, I think I talked about that already but showed no picture! I thought I had misplaced our little device to upload pictures with, but really, it was just under my other monitor hiding from me. Coooookies:

I also recieved my thrift store swap today. It was packaged very nicely in a very large, decieving package! Decieving simply because it was mostly stuffed with the New York Times. How tricky! I got a set of neat jars with some folksy looking blue birdies, a an old bingo card and a reading readiness card that looks like it should be framed and placed somewhere around here.

I never posted about it, but I got a totally neat-o monkey zippered pouch and monkey cards for the craft swap last month from the girl that runs Piddleloop. I know the pouch is lurking on my desk somewhere and now I’m too much of a lazy ass to find it and photograph it. But if you visit her site, you’ll see what I am talking about! Super cuteness.
