I&#8217;ll be sure to warn my co-workers.<\/p>\n<p>I like this recipe much better than the other chocolate cupcakes I made. I also use a little more hazelnut oil in these to give it that rich background flavor.<\/p>\n<p>Chocolate Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cupcakes<\/p>\n<p>2 cups flour<br \/>\n2 cups sugar<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking powder<br \/>\n2 teaspoons baking soda<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1 cup unsweetened cocoa<br \/>\n1\/4 cup melted butter<br \/>\n1\/2 cup hazelnut oil<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n3\/4 cup hot water<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n2 teaspoons vanilla<br \/>\n1\/2 milk chocolate chips, dredged in flour<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.<br \/>\nMix the dry ingridents together. Mix the butter, oil, sugar and eggs together. Add the dry to the wet gradually, mixing in a little of the milk\/hot water as you go along. Vanilla gets thrown in last. Add the dredged chocolate chips in and mix together. Scoop into paper cups and bake for about 19-20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The one cupcake I ate, some of the chocolate chips had sunk to the bottom anyway, so I may need to work out that kink a little further.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>you should give people cupcakes.
