I used <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/food\/recipes\/recipe\/0,,FOOD_9936_17907,00.html\" target=\"_blank\">Alton Brown&#8217;s Cocoa Brownies<\/a> recipe, though I cheated because I used all white sugar (I was out of brown and I didn&#8217;t know it &#8211; and I had already cracked my eggs! Once the eggs are cracked, you&#8217;re not going out to the store). I used slightly less than two cups of sugar too, so they&#8217;re not super sweet, but pretty fudgy. I added macadamia nuts and chocolate chips to my batter as well. It&#8217;s hard to not just eat the whole pan, but I&#8217;m being good.
